Blair and Kelly were my first clients ever! They were kind enough to trust me with selling their home when I was just a baby real estate agent, and I will forever be grateful to them for that.

Kelly had just resigned from a job that was making her miserable, and was thrilled to find a much better job. The downside, though, was that her new job was on the opposite side of town.

So she and Blair made the decision to move, and we got their house ready to put on the market. They had kept the place so clean and well-maintained that they didn’t have to do much to make it photo-ready!

Blair is a handyman and added some really awesome improvements like a central vacuum and xeriscaping in the backyard. He even roasts his own coffee beans! Anyway, back to the story. So we put the house on the market and I watched the comparable houses closely to see when we needed to adjust the price. After a few weeks on the market, we found a lovely family that fell in love with this home. We closed in December, and the new family got to decorate their forever home for Christmas!
