I met Dave & Jan through church and bonded with them over a shared love of Lord of the Rings. They wanted to move to Wyoming for a lower cost of living and a more rural lifestyle, and they asked me to sell their house!

They started working with me in the fall of 2021, and at the time it was a crazy seller’s market. So I advised that they buy their new home in Wyoming first, then take their time selling their house in Colorado once they were ready. This took a lot of the stress out of the process for them and enabled them to make their move on their time.

This home was well-maintained, positioned well in the market, and priced correctly. We put the house on the market on a Wednesday, and we had it under contract by Friday! A sweet family was able to buy a home for the first time, and Dave and Jan were so happy to be able to leave their home in the hands of a family that would love it as much as they did.

Manufactured homes can be a really good option for first-time homebuyers especially. Since this is a manufactured home, selling it required a few extra steps. I kept Dave & Jan ahead of the game by letting them know what extra documents we needed and helping out with finding the information that the buyers needed for their loan.
