This was my second time working with Kent, one of my favorite clients (and people) ever. His sister had passed away, and he needed to sell her townhouse for the most money possible. Kent worked hard supervising the renovations of the place, and by the time we hit the market, Kent was already out of state.

I brought in my professional cleaners and we got the place in gorgeous show-shape. We listed this one in June of 2022, right after the market shifted pretty dramatically. Having the house staged and looking amazing was more important than ever, and I watched the market data to see when we needed to adjust the price. We got a great offer with one very happy buyer, and we got the place sold!

Since Kent was out of state, I took care of things like:
-meeting contractors and supervising repairs
-touch-up cleaning as needed
-checking on the house every week for security
-installing new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms

He was able to relax, knowing everything was well in hand!
