Brian & Michaela had built their dream home in Colorado but felt like Colorado was no longer the right place for their family. They wanted to move to Florida! When I met with them in July, we made a plan: they would scout out the area in Florida they were looking to move to, and we would get their house sold!

I put them in touch with an amazing agent in Florida, who helped them look at houses and find a new neighborhood they loved. In the meantime, we got their house ready to sell. I put my marketing plan into action and they made sure the house shone for photos and videos.

When we put the house on the market, we had multiple offers by the end of the first weekend! I was able to negotiate for Brian & Michaela and their family to stay in their house rent-free after closing until they closed on their new house in Florida. They were able to take their time and move all of their things without having to rent a storage space or temporary housing. After they moved out, I had my cleaners do a floor-to-ceiling clean on the place so my clients (or the new owners) didn’t have to worry about cleaning!
