I met Bob and Susan completely by accident. That’s a story for another day, but needless to say they have been some of my favorite people to work with. And Bob is a fellow chocolate chip cookie addict, so that never hurts!

Bob works in urban Denver, and was tired of the city grind. He and Susan found a home that they loved in more rural Fort Lupton, so they needed to sell their townhouse in Aurora.

I met with them and talked about how to best position their home to sell quickly and for the most money possible. We were selling in early January, during the slowest time of the year, so we were strategic in how we priced their home. Well, it worked! They got a great offer within a few days of going on the market, and we got them to the closing table in a little over a month!

Bob and Susan now happily sit on their front porch in Fort Lupton, and Bob doesn’t have to spend his days navigating Denver traffic! I still bring them cookies every so often and we catch up on life.
